Inventive and vibrant, vocalist Shoshana Bush makes a big move on the jazz scene on Nov. 20, 2013 when she opens for Jane Monheit at Blue Note NYC as part of the renowned venue’s Emerging Artist Series. A graduate of Columbia University in Jazz Studies, Bush has performed solo at the Birdland Jazz party, and recently released her debut CD, recorded live at Catalina Jazz Club in Los Angeles in January 2013. Accompanying Bush are Isamu McGregor (piano) and Brian Holtz (bass). Attending Bush’s performance will provide access to Jane Monheit’s 8:00pm set.
