Peter H. Bloom performs with Charles Neville in November, and with Aardvark Jazz in December
Legendary saxophonist Charles Neville, with local favorites Peter J. Newland and RadioXile, will perform a show of R&B, funk, jazz, blues and bebop at the Ashfield Community Hall, 521 Main Street, Ashfield, MA 01330 on Sunday November 29, 2015 at 7:00 pm. Joining the band as special guest will be Boston flutist Peter H. Bloom, known for his versatility in jazz, blues, bebop and other genres, and a veteran of the famed Aardvark Jazz Orchestra. Playing with RadioXile and backing up Charles Neville will be Mark Pappas on guitar, Chet Pasek on drums, Guy DeVito on bass and Ralph Whittle on keyboard.
Tickets are $12 at the door. Proceeds will benefit Nepal Action Works, a non-profit organization working to provide humanitarian, educational, and vocational programs for the people of Nepal. For information on the November show, call 413-625-6710.
