The Bethesda Blues and Jazz Club was originally the Bethesda Theater, a Cinema Palace of the Silver Screen Art-Deco Era built in 1938 and located at 1719 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, Maryland. Recent renovations have infused new life, into the making of a new Jazz Arena in the Washington, D.C. area. Excellent food at reasonable prices and a comprehensive wine list add to the ambience of this beautifully restored room as you ease into the evening with us!  Recently Branford Marsalis graced the acoustically divine Venue with his Quartet. On Sunday April 12th the Venue proudly presents a hot little ensemble out of N.Y.C. that guarantees to put a little pep in your step and glide in your stride; Mickey Bass & His “Manhattan Burn Unit” Featuring Anthony Wonsey; Keyboards, Charles Davis jr.
